How long does it take to open an account?

Trading accounts are opened immediately after a short registration process.

What documents do I need to provide to verify my account?

Proof of identity – passport, national ID card. Proof of address – bank/card statement or utility bill. Proof of identity. Proof of address: must be no more than 3 months old. Examples of documents that can be provided are: water/gas/electricity/internet/landline phone bill. We cannot accept mobile phone bills or documents that list a PO Box as a home address or online statements.

How long does it take to open an account?

The verification process takes about an hour for each account. This of course depends on how accurate you can provide us with the correct required documents. After submitting the documents, we can arrange for the account to be released within 60 minutes during the compliance team’s working hours. If you would like to check the status of your documents, please contact us by email or phone number and we can help you immediately. If further documents are required, we will inform you by email.

Can I register without making a deposit?

You do not need to make a deposit to register in Global Quantum X’s client area or open various trading accounts, but if you want to start trading, you must make at least the required minimum deposit.

Problem with registration

If you have any problems logging in or receive an error message during registration, please contact our support team as soon as possible to assist you.

Close account

To close your account, please contact your account manager directly.

What methods can I use to top up my trading account?

Account top-up can be done through the client area. Methods can be selected by clicking on the “Deposit” tab. Bank transfers can take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the bank and credit/debit card deposits are updated in the account immediately.

In which currencies can I make a deposit?

You can fund your account with EUR, USD, CAD and GBP by clicking on the “Deposit” tab. To fund the account with other currencies, please contact your Account Manager.

What is the minimum amount to open a trading account?

The minimum amount to open and activate an account is $250.

How do I make a withdrawal?

It’s effortless. All you need to do is log in to our client portal and request your withdrawal. Our account management staff will receive your request and proceed accordingly.

Depending on the method used, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to arrive. Once the withdrawal request has been processed, it may take up to an additional 24 hours to arrive in your account if we return your original investment to your credit card. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive in your account
